These terms govern the use of JANCTION Render (the "Service"), operated by JasmyLab Inc. (ジャスミーラボ株式会社, "we"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.
The Service renders Blender scenes you submit (a .blend file or a Blender Python script) on GPUs we provide and returns the results (images or video) to you. Access is by API key; keys can be issued without sign-up. You are responsible for your key, and use made with it counts as your use.
Free beta. The service is currently in a free beta and nothing is charged. During the beta each key gets 10 GPU-minutes per day (20 per network) and a final render is limited to 240 frames. Paid plans will be announced on the service before they start; section 3 applies from then.
The first preview per key (one per network per day) is free. Other renders are paid from prepaid credit (JPY) at 0.1 JPY per GPU second actually used (changes are announced on the Service). For final renders we reserve the estimated maximum first and, on completion, charge only the actual amount and release the rest. Renders that fail for reasons attributable to us are not charged.
Credit is bought at a checkout page of our payment provider (Stripe); the minimum purchase is 500 JPY. Credit is not refundable in cash except where the law requires it, and unused credit expires one year after the last purchase or use.
Files, scripts, intermediate data and results are deleted from our servers 24 hours after they were last used. We do not use their contents for machine learning or any purpose other than providing the Service. We keep only amounts (file sizes, frame counts, GPU seconds), timestamps, failure reasons and billing records. Download your results before they expire.
At busy times we may render on GPUs rented from third-party providers under contract with us; your data is handled under these terms there too.
Rendering content that is unlawful or violates public order, using material that infringes third-party rights, using the compute for anything other than rendering (mining, attacks), attempting to escape the render sandbox or access our systems, repeatedly obtaining the free allowance by unfair means, and interfering with the Service. We may suspend use and void credit without notice on violation.
Your scenes and the renders made from them remain yours. We handle them only as needed to provide the Service.
The Service is a beta; we do not guarantee availability or response times. We may interrupt, change or end the Service without notice for maintenance, failures, congestion or other reasons. If we end it, we will announce it a reasonable time in advance and say what happens to unused credit.
The Service is provided as is. We do not warrant fitness for a particular purpose, that renders match your expectations, or freedom from interruption or error. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 3 months.
We may change these terms. Changes take effect when posted on the Service; material changes are also announced in a reasonable way.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance.
